I am graduate from physiotherapy at University School of Physical Education in Wrocław. I am passionate and dedicated to carry out my mission of helping my patients.
I have completed numerous courses and trainings, including those of international coverage. I keep on expanding my knowledge and skills with the most efficient treatment methods in accordance with the latest trends and achievements in contemporary physiotherapy. At my work I often undertake so called “difficult cases” which are true challenges to me.
I always aim at getting to the source of your problem. I develop individual therapy combining various treatment methods so that you feel that the work is well-foccused and the dedicated time and effort are puroseful and bring noticeable effects.
After work I prefer active leisure passtimes while visiting various parts of the world. I adore contact with nature faraway from city noise. That is why canoeing and mountain hiking are my favourite ways of spending my free time. Besides I am keen on experimental cuisine, discovering new tastes.

I specialize in functional physiotherapy. The main principle is to work with a patient to improve impaired function and recover mobility as soon as possible. My basic concept is to eliminate the reason which may cause the specific complaint.
I place particular emphasis on raising the patients' awareness to build up their sense of physiotherapy purposefulness.
Each patient is competently and thoroughly examined and then informed about the planned therapy.
The most frequent problems I deal with in my surgery are:
> ailments originating from temporomandibular joint
> headache and dizziness originating from cervical spine and migraine headaches
> back pain
> peripheral joints pain
> post-injury conditions
> posture correction
> joint and tissue pain during pregnancy
> postoperative pain and adhesions

“Orthopaedic medicine” term was devised by Dr. J. Cyriax. He was the one who devoted his life to develop a diagnostic method which can be considered ingenious in its simplicity. Thanks to the interview and the functional examination outlined by the method we gather complete information on the patient. Signs and symptoms are interpreted and catalogued in form of “clinical patterns” . A “clinical pattern” is a specific behaviour of a disorder or a group of disorders. For all the disorders, a local, direct, efficient and economical treatment is offered. www.cyriax.pl
Manual therapy system relies strongly on a comprehensive interview and a detailed examination, which are essential in case of reversible musculoskeletal disorders. The reason for the complaint is often the disproportion between the tissue capacity and the actual load. The treatment consists in eliminating this disproportion and recovering physiological harmony of the joints, muscles and nervous structure. The following techniques are used as treatment: joints mobilization, neuromobilization of neural structures, treatment of soft tissue (I. e. muscles, ligaments, tendons) as well as functional training with exercises equipment adapted do patients' problems.
Dr. Ackermann's approach to diagnosis and therapy is now one of the most efficient manual treatment method. This attitude features fast and purposeful diagnosis. The therapeutic process is highly accurate. The physiotherapeutic session is performed on the basis of a preceding examination (palpation, functional examination, radiological evaluation, etc.). The techniques used in this method allow a prompt treatment and lasting effects. The therapy is based on 50-year experience in manual treatment. While using this method, the pain may be significantly relieved or eliminated after just a few or even one session. www.ackermann-institut.se
It is a concept with its own philosophy and rules of work with a patient. The basic aim of this therapy is working on the function which the patient needs. This concept recommends regarding the patient in a holistic way, using strong and healthy areas of the body in the therapy. It makes it possible to leverage the full potential of the organism, it motivates to continue efforts, and, most importantly, ensures painless work, without traumatic psychical and physical experiences. Thanks to this approach even a patient with serious dysfunctions is kept highly motivated and has a positive attitude to work with a therapist. PNF is a rehabilitation concept perfectly suited for strokes and cerebral haemorrhages, spinal cord injuries, paresis, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis and orthopaedic injuries. www.ipnfa.org
Functional Osteopathy and Integration (FOI) is a holistic approach to the patient, referring to the movement appartus. FOI is a therapy of the whole organism, which assume that the organism reacts with a compensation in another place to any problem that appears in the movement apparatus. It happens that the complaints associated with the elbow joint originates from a respective region of the spine or even from an ancle joint. To help the patient, we need to eliminate the reason located in the specific area of the body. FOI's assumption is to recommend not only local treatment, limited to the aching places, but a holistic attitude to the patient. www.funktionelle-integration.de
Therapy treating functional constraint in masticatory organ. It combines manual and facilitation therapies. Its aim is to restore neurophysiological correlation of active and passive structures. It demonstrates how to understand pain and pathology of temporomandibular joints, and how to perform a systematic examination and an accurate differential diagnosis. www.fizjoterapia.pl
Mandibular-hyoid-cranial system is a morphofunctional group of mutually cooperating tissues and organs of oral cavity, face, cranial bones and seams, head-neck junction. They form a functional entirety, regulated and coordinated by the central nervous system and the vegetative one. Disorders of one of the elements imply changes in the remaining elements and the movement apparatus. www.ctmrakowski.pl
It is a set of various methods originating from oerthopedy, physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic. It uses the patient's physical effort in various ways to eliminate dysfunctions located in soft tissues. It is work with the tissue aiming at relaxation, extension and relieving persistent inappropriate tension patterns in the most efficient way and with the lowest energy expenditure possible. Pain relief, posture improvement, better flexibility and movement fluency are benefits resulting from work on soft tissues. www.klinikaosteopatii.com
It one of latest therapeutic methods used in kinesitherapy. It consist in sensory impact of a specially designed tape on the human body to make use of its compensation capacity. Until recently, this method was mostly used in sport to reduce the number of injuries affecting athletes or as a supportive treatment of injuries. It is now applied to virtually any musculoskeletal dysfunction. The tool used in this method is a special strip. The elasticity and stretchability allows the tape to be worn on any part of the body. Depending on the effect which we want to achieve, we select the length, tension and application method. The additional advantage of the tape is its hypoallergenicity and water repellency, which allow the tape to be used for a number of days. Its another asset is that this technique neither restrict joint movement nor interferes with the current lifestyle. Kinesio taping is efficient in therapy of back pain, muscle and joint problems, fluid retention and lymphatic edema. It also supports the function of muscles and adjusts the joint position. www.kinesiologytaping.pl
A treatment method which shows how to efficiently distinguish between stability and instability. It demonstrates how to effectively counter the lack of segmental control, which gradually leads to mechanical overload of “passive structures”, such as the capsular ligament system, fibrous ring of intervertebral disk or joint surfaces. www.legocki.pl
I specializes in cranial-facial physiotherapy, ie temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, headaches in children and adults of various origins, and dizziness. They let me make an exact diagnosis and run an efficient treatment based on the latest medical research. They allow treating local and peripheral ailments in a gentle and non-invasive way. That makes it possible to soothe or even eliminate the symptoms without surgical intervention and pills.
